I’ve actually been happy with the loyalty program. The points seem small at first, but they add up faster than I expected. It’s not the most exciting perk system out there—though it still does what it’s supposed to and feels like a nice little bonus.

I got there thinking check-in would be quick and easy, but it turned into a whole ordeal. I ended up standing around waiting for what felt like forever, and nobody really stepped in to help or explain what was going on. By the time I finally got through it, I was already frustrated and just wanted to get settled.

I was kind of shocked. The price looked one way at first, and then these extra fees popped up later like a terrible little surprise. The billing was so unclear it drove me absolutely crazy

I can’t believe how high the maintenance fees have gotten?! They just keep going up, but I’m not seeing any added value or real improvements to justify it anymore.

I really liked staying here. The location made it super easy to walk to the beach and grab food nearby, which was exactly what I wanted. I’d definitely come back and stay here again.
